In addition, it is in charge of ensuring the quality and effectiveness of all activities carried out by its members. The Foundation also has a cycle of cultural exchanges called “Alliances en resonance”. It regularly organises events to focus on the culture of the countries in which the Alliances are located, and it tries to encourage them to respect the local culture as much as possible.
