Remember that white rhymes with light! This is the key to find out what meals pair well with white blends i.e. light meals. White blends exist in a diverse spectrum of flavors, bodies, acidity, and alcohol concentrations, although in principle, they work perfectly alongside meals that are not as rich. They marry light meals wonderfully. White wine blends have a milder body and lack the tannins present across most red wines, making them ideal for lighter meals. Seafood, fish, and sometimes even salads go beautifully alongside dry white blends. Fruits or desserts pair perfectly with sweet white blends. The wide variety of white blends offered ensures there are just a handful of dishes to steer well clear of. White wines, on the other hand, are generally discouraged when serving exceptionally rich and hefty meals, just like most courses cooked using red meat. In most cases, white mixes are served accompanying dessert or as an appetizer.
